The Impact of Environmental Regulation on China’s OFDI: From the Perspective of Home Country

Since China entered the stage of high-quality development, how to promote economic development and high-level protection ecological environment in a coordinated manner implement new concept “innovation, coordination, green, openness, sharing” is country’s problem need break through. Based on connotation evolutionary logic environmental regulation, this paper attempts build more scientific indicator China’s regulation discusses motivation OFDI from home perspective. The results show that impact presents significant inverted U-shaped relationship, there are regional differences. types have different impacts OFDI. Porter’s hypothesis exists influence path research can help coordinate protection, pattern wide opening up China.
